Shipping policy

At White Nights, we aim to deliver every order with care, accuracy, and efficiency. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping and returns process.


Order Tracking

You can monitor your order status at any time:

  • Log in to your account

  • Navigate to My Orders

  • Select Track Order for real-time updates

Tracking details will also be sent to you via email or SMS once your order has been dispatched.


Estimated Delivery Times

  • UAE: 2–3 working days

  • GCC Countries: 5–10 working days

  • International: 7–12 working days

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, destination, customs processing, or peak shopping periods.


Multiple Shipments

To ensure faster delivery, items from the same order may be shipped separately if they are dispatched from different facilities. All shipments will fall within the overall estimated delivery window.


Shipping Charges

  • UAE orders below AED 100: AED 10 shipping fee

  • UAE orders AED 100 and above: Free shipping

We currently ship within the UAE, GCC region, and selected international destinations.


Heavy or Oversized Shipments

Certain garments, special packaging, or bulk orders may require additional delivery handling. If extra charges apply, our team will contact you for approval before dispatch.


Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is important to us. If a purchase does not meet your expectations, eligible items may be returned subject to the conditions below.


Return Window

Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they meet all return requirements:

  • Unworn, unused, and unaltered condition

  • All original garment tags and labels attached

  • Returned in original packaging, including dust bags or protective covers where provided

  • Free from fragrance, stains, makeup, or signs of wear

Swimwear or intimate garments must be tried over undergarments and returned with hygiene seals intact. Returns will not be accepted if protective strips are removed.

Personalized, made-to-order, final sale, or hygiene-sensitive items are not eligible for return.


How to Initiate a Return

  • Log in to your account and go to My Orders

  • Select the order and choose Return Items

  • Indicate the item(s), reason for return, and preferred pickup date

  • Confirm your return request

Our courier partner will arrange collection directly from your address.

Return shipping fee: AED 20 flat rate


Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Cash on Delivery orders are refunded as White Nights store credit

  • Confirmation will be sent via email or SMS within 24–48 hours after inspection and approval

Refund processing timelines may vary depending on your payment provider.


Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost following verification.


Gift Packaging

Items returned with gift packaging are eligible for refund; however, gift wrapping or special packaging charges are non-refundable.
