While we hope you love every piece you receive, we understand that returns or cancellations may occasionally be necessary. Our policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and aligned with luxury garment care standards.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

How to cancel your order

  • Log in to your account

  • Go to My Orders

  • Select the order and choose Cancel Order

If successful, you will receive confirmation via email or SMS.

Please note: Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. You may instead initiate a return after delivery in accordance with the return guidelines below.


Returns

You may return eligible items within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused, unworn, and unaltered

  • All original garment tags and labels attached

  • Returned in original packaging

  • Includes any belts, protective covers, dust bags, or branded packaging provided

Garments must be tried on with care. Swimwear or intimate garments must be tried over undergarments without removing any protective hygiene strips. Returns will not be accepted if hygiene seals are removed or items show signs of wear, staining, fragrance, or damage.

Returns that are damaged, soiled, or altered will not be accepted. Such items will remain available for customer collection or reshipment at the customer’s expense.

To ensure faster processing, please return all items from the same order in one shipment whenever possible.

Return shipping fee: AED 20 flat rate


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or made-to-order garments

  • Final sale or clearance collections

  • Gift wrapping or special packaging charges

  • Items returned without original tags or packaging

  • Worn, altered, or damaged garments


Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


Refunds

Refunds are issued via the original payment method once returned items pass inspection.

Return Processing

Once your return arrives at our facility:

  • Items are inspected for compliance with return standards

  • You will be notified of approval status

  • Approved refunds are processed within the applicable timeframe

Please return items in protective packaging to prevent transit damage.
