How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours with free international priority shipping. UAE delivery takes 2–3 working days, GCC 5–10 days, and international 7–12 days. All shipments are fully insured until delivery

Do I need to be home to receive my order?

Yes, an adult (18+) signature is required upon receipt. Once signed, responsibility for the order passes to the customer

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Cancellations and modifications are accepted any time before shipment. Once dispatched, orders cannot be modified but may be returned free of charge within 7 days.

How do I return an item?

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, with all tags, original packaging, and hygiene seals intact (for swimwear and intimate garments). Group all returns in a single shipment.

How will I get my refund?

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 30 days of receiving the returned items. Bank processing may take up to 10 working days.

Can I exchange an item?

Exchanges are handled as returns followed by a new purchase. Ensure the original item meets all return conditions.

What if my item is faulty or damaged?

Report faulty, damaged, or incorrect items within 7 business days of receipt with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
